Today's visor light bars are soon to be old news following the launch of the newly invented BrayBar. Mental Industries has completely revolutionized what we know as visor light bars. Below is an array of photos illustrating the traditional design, and how BrayBar solves virtually all problems these visor lights present manufacturers, installers, and users.

Currently visor light bars are mounted using metal brackets clamped by plastic sunshade brackets, or in some cases even suctions cups. Metal housings must be cast, machined, painted and assembled. They are heavy which poses a safety threat if the operator where to get in a collision. Installers spend a large amount of time bending and re-mounting brackets to make these assemblies look acceptable, and to eliminate as much flashback as possible. Flashback is known in the industry as the light that reflects off of the windshield and into the cabin of the vehicle. With the current light bar design flashback is unavoidable. If the idea of a few pounds of metal hitting you in the head isn't scary enough, imagine a strobe light flashing in your face while your driving. Keep in mind our production design angles the leds directly forward of the vehicle with a 40-60 degree beam.

BrayBars Patent Pending design. With a silicone polymer housing and an adhesive mounting method that blocks 100% of flashback, this product is sure to rock the industry.
